NOTYD is a B2B payment solution provider focusing on facilitating B2B e-commerce. For their website, we created a short explainer video to showcase the simplicity of their process.
The context
NOTYD is a recently rebranded player in the B2B payment space, aiming to establish itself in a highly competitive market. Their challenge was twofold: communicate their value to buyers, who need flexible payment options when checking out, and to sellers, who benefit from guaranteed upfront payments.
To build early brand awareness and explain this two-sided value proposition, NOTYD needed an explainer video that would cut through complexity, clearly demonstrate the product’s benefits, and appeal to both audiences without overwhelming either. Clarity, trust, and simplicity were key.
THE INSIGHT
In B2B, clarity is currency. The more straightforward and trustworthy a solution feels, the more likely it is to be adopted. Especially in a category where complexity and jargon often create friction.
We also knew we were speaking to two very different mindsets: buyers focused on convenience and flexibility at checkout, and sellers looking for security and reliability. Most payment providers struggle to communicate to both effectively, often favoring one side of the equation.
To bridge that gap, we needed to create a message that made each audience feel spoken to, without splitting the story. We realized that animation was the ideal format: it allowed us to visualize the exchange between buyer and seller in a single narrative flow, and convey abstract benefits through relatable, human scenarios.
We created a short, animated explainer video designed to introduce NOTYD with clarity and confidence. The narrative starts by following a buyer through a B2B checkout experience, showing how NOTYD enables flexible payment terms. From there, the perspective shifts to the seller, who immediately receives payment and reduces financial risk.
The tone is friendly, modern, and efficient, supported by clean animation, purposeful transitions, and a clear voice-over. By visualizing both sides of the transaction in one seamless story, the video helps position NOTYD as the trusted middleman that makes B2B transactions smoother for everyone involved.
It’s an easy-to-digest asset that builds brand credibility while explaining real benefits – and it’s designed to work across web, sales decks, and paid campaigns.
